Modern airship engineering

Opening the world.
Again.

Airships are coming back — not as nostalgia, but as a tool the world quietly set aside and now needs again. New logistics. The most remote corners of the planet. Transport, supply and connection where nothing else reaches.

Built and flying today — not a render, not a concept.

The idea, resolved

Why they vanished — and why the timing is finally right

One disaster in 1937 ended an era and froze the idea in public memory. But the physics never failed — the materials, the controls and the purpose did.

All three have changed. Modern composites, autonomous flight control and a world that suddenly needs slow, efficient, far-reaching flight have brought the airship back as a serious engineering answer — not a museum piece.

The proof

This isn't a render. It already flies.

This is the one place we prove rather than promise. Two real aircraft, built and flying — every flight feeding the larger NOVA program.

NOVA-01 · experimental laboratory

A full dynamic copy of NOVA-2

NOVA-01 shares the same proportions, control geometry and propulsion layout as the aircraft it exists to prove. It flies today as an experimental laboratory — and every flight feeds directly into the larger NOVA aircraft.

AEROLET-01 · hybrid design

Lift earned two ways

AEROLET-01 earns lift both aerostatically and aerodynamically — a hybrid design built and flying in test. It widens the envelope of what the program can carry, and how far.

The horizon

A line of aircraft, sized to real demand

NOVA-2 is being built as a flying laboratory — and the platform the whole line scales from.

NOVA-2 — the platform

NOVA-2 is being built as a flying laboratory in three configurations. It is the reference platform the whole line scales from — proven first by NOVA-01, then grown to size.

First markets — deliberately practical

Monitoring & observation

Long, stable time on station over land and coastline.

Infrastructure & environment

Inspection and environmental control across hard terrain.

Cargo to remote regions

Supply where roads, ports and runways do not reach.

Security & rescue

Persistent overwatch and reach for search and rescue.

Government & corporate

Operators who need range, endurance and a steady platform.

Mapping & survey

Wide-area imaging and survey at a calm, low altitude.

Passenger and tourism flight come later, after certification. We lead with what airships can do now — practical work, in the real world, today.

Who's building it

Built by people who have actually flown airships

AERONOVA brings together engineers who have designed, built and flown real airships — not a startup discovering the field, but a team continuing it.
