Who we are

This page is operated by AERONOVA (OOO Aeronova). It serves as the public-facing presence for the NOVA airship program at airshipsnova.com.

This policy explains what personal data is collected through the lead form on this page, why it is collected, and how you can ask us to change or delete it.

What data the form collects

When you submit the "Follow the program" form, the following data is collected:

• Name — the name you enter in the form.
• Email address or Telegram handle — whichever contact method you choose to provide.
• Interest category — your self-selected choice from: Investor, Partner, Following, or Media.
• Country — optional, only if you choose to fill it in.
• UTM / source parameters — if you arrived at this page through a tracked link (e.g. from social media or an email), the source, medium, and campaign values from that link are captured automatically and attached to your submission.

No passwords, payment card details, or government ID numbers are collected on this page.

Why we collect it

The data is collected solely to respond to your interest in the AERONOVA program — to send you updates, answer questions, or connect you with the right part of the team based on your stated interest.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third-party advertisers.

How data is processed and stored

Submitted form data passes through the project's automation stack. Specifically:

• Form submissions are sent to an n8n automation workflow.
• That workflow writes the data to a Google Sheet maintained by the AERONOVA team.

Google Sheets is a service of Google LLC. By submitting the form you acknowledge that your data may be stored on Google's infrastructure subject to Google's own privacy terms.

We do not store your data on any other external databases or marketing platforms at this time.

Investment actions

This page contains a link to the SolarGroup crowdinvesting platform (reg.solargroup.pro), where co-ownership of AERONOVA can be arranged. That platform is operated independently by SolarGroup. Any personal or financial data you provide there is governed by SolarGroup's own privacy policy, not this one. We do not receive or process payment data through this landing page.

Your rights

You can contact us at any time to:

• Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct inaccurate data.
• Ask us to delete your data from our records.

We will respond within a reasonable time. We do not charge for these requests.
